Keyboard shortcuts (CAT editor)
All keyboard shortcuts available in the Taia CAT editor. The same list is in the editor itself — click the keyboard icon in the footer.
Segment navigation
| Shortcut | Action |

| Ctrl+ArrowDown | Move to next segment (without saving) |
| Ctrl+ArrowUp | Move to previous segment (without saving) |
| Ctrl+U | Jump to the next segment you haven't saved yet |
| Ctrl+B | Toggle the resources sidebar |
Ctrl+U skips everything you've already edited or confirmed, so it's the fastest way to finish a review. When nothing is left, the editor tells you every segment has been reviewed. See what counts as a reviewed segment.
Editing

| Ctrl+Enter | Save or confirm the segment, then move to the next |
| Ctrl+Shift+Enter | Save or confirm the segment, stay where you are |
| Ctrl+I | Copy the source text into the target field |
| Ctrl+Shift+C | Copy the source text into the target field (same as Ctrl+I) |
| Alt+T | Insert the next missing formatting tag |
| Ctrl+H | Open Find & Replace |
| Ctrl+Z | Undo |
| Ctrl+Y | Redo |
The two save shortcuts work whether or not you changed the text. Saving an unchanged segment records it as Confirmed — approved as-is.
